Episode #15 (posted by Jon) |
You know, at first I was just going to have the Emerald Fiend's text bubble be white with black text like almost everyone else's. But then I thought "you know, I did bother to call him the Emerald Fiend..." so I made it dark green with white text. ...Please don't confuse him with Farore.
This comic took a while to make, but I'm happy with the way it came out. I upgraded the image a bit from the last meteor spell (after modifying an image that I found here), and I think that came out nicely. It also does an excellent job of setting us up for the great reflective battle of episode 16 that you will - hopefully - be thrilled to see next update.
In other news, I finally got a Nintendo Wii! Woohoo! My roommates and I are having a blast playing the Wii Sports game that came with the system, and I am absolutely loving Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I'm thinking I probably will use Twilight Princess in the comic's storyline, but that won't be for a while yet. Red Steel is also great, it does an excellent job of incorporating the Wii's motion-sensing abilities into a first person shooter game. And Eric showed us the new Rayman game, which totally cracked me up. Rayman gets captured by these deranged rabbits, and they take him to coliseum and force him to compete in all these mini-games and, and...oh man, it's hilarious!
So yeah, Twilight Princess is awesome. I can't stress that enough people. For those of you who have or will have a Wii, make sure you look into getting Twilight Princess. It's my favorite Zelda game to date. All I have to do now is sit back, wait for march, and track down Smash Brothers Brawl...
Enjoy,
