Episode 35: The dismissal

Episode #35 (posted by Jon)

The story of world hunger, poor senate decisions, the ever-increasing-fragility of the global trade market, how exhausted I am right now, and why I missed updating on Monday was overshadowed today by the announcement that Krunal and I have both acquired Spiderman 3 tickets! Yay!

And thus concludes Emmy's flashback. I'm happy with this episode (which is a relief, because I was disappointed with the last three, and was beginning to worry that I would never get back on track...), and I hope you all are as well.

We'll be moving into the next story arc here, which boasts a very promising script, and houses the debuts of some excellent new characters. Please look forward to that.

Well I've continued playing Sonic and the Secret Rings, and it continues to be awesome. I am definitely going to recommend that game to anyone who likes the classic arcade-style Sonic games. Krunal talked me into getting Paper Mario for the Wii, but I haven't had a chance to play it yet. I'll work on that.

Otherwise, not much else to report. I'm a bit worried about my econ and poetry grades (the econ midterm was a bit difficult, and my first batch of poems received mixed reviews at best), but they're fixable, so I'm not panicking. I have a nutrition quiz at noon tomorrow, but I only need to review a few chapters, so there's not sense in freaking out about that either. Yup, despite it all, I think I'm actually doing ok. Hope you're all doing well too.

...Also, I should probably mention that the overshadow joke in this rant's first paragraph is a variation of a joke from Sim One (a very enjoyable movie that I happed to catch on tv a couple weeks ago).

Enjoy,
