The top of the page is always prime real estate for ads, seeing as how visitors are always guaranteed to at least catch a glimpse of what's there before they start scrolling down the page. The sidebar ad (see below) is also a good spot, and it's also bigger (so it costs a tad extra). We also have a lovely two-for-one deal which can get you both (see below...er).
