| Question #1 |
Linking to CGC |
| Q: |
Is it alright if I put a link to CGC on my site? |
| A: |
Yeah, I don't see why not. |
| Q: |
Would that then require you to link to my site? |
| A: |
Usually we reserve spots on our external links page for sponsors and other webcomics, but if you e-mail me and ask I probably will anyway. |
|
Question #2 |
Krunal |
| Q: |
Why is Krunal's picture in the about us page actually a picture of a peacock? |
| A: |
Oh, umm...we don't talk about that. Next question |
|
| Question #3 |
Misspellings |
| Q: |
If I find a spelling error anywhere on the site, should I contact you and let you know so you can fix it? |
| A: |
Yes, although I don't know why this is an issue, since I never, ever splel anything rwong. |
|
| Question #4 |
Images |
| Q: |
Is it alright if I copy an image or a comic from this site and put it on mine? |
| A: |
Our stuff is protected by copyright (except for some of the stuff in the image gallery). You can't do that unless you ask our permission first. If you want to ask our permission, contact us and we'll talk about it. Even if we say 'yes,' you'll have to be sure to give us credit though. And a link to our site would be appreciated. |

| Question #5 |
About us page |
| Q: |
You've got a lot of guys on the about us page, do they all work on the site? |
| A: |
Kinda. I (Jon) write all the text and code on the site, make all the wallpapers in the image section (except for the psp ones) and do most of the work for the comic's script.
The original plan was for Allison to then take the scripts that I write, and use her questionable - but still better than my - artistic abilities to make hand-drawn comic out of them. But she quit. So I went back to my original sprite comic, which I do most of the scripting, and all of the spriting, for.
Krunal is an editor (helps spell and grammar check everything), and also helps with the script every now and again. He also provides a lot of the t-shirt ideas.
Eric deals with all the psp wallpapers, and sometimes helps edit the comic. He played a big role when the comic's script was first getting started, and proposed a lot of good ideas. Also, Eric proposes a lot of the t-shirt ideas.
Stephen sometimes helps spell check the site, and he's been very supportive of the site, even back when Jon thought he would never finish making it...yesterday.
Sam and Brian aren't officially staff members on the website, but they are close friends and often help provide Jon with inspriation (whether they know it or not)... |

| Question #6 |
Sprites |
| Q: |
Where did you find the sprites you use for your sprite comic? |
| A: |
It varies. Often I cut them out of bigger images. Although CreativeUncut has a very nice selection. |
|
| Question #7 |
Hand-Drawn Comic |
| Q: |
Actually, why do you have a sprite comic? Didn't you have a hand-drawn comic at one point? What ever happened to that? |
| A: |
*Sigh.* Well...
The first time Eric, Krunal, and I put CGCollage up on the web, our server ate it (word of advice: uwebsmart sucks). And for the longest time Allison (my sister) had been wanting to do something for the comic. Putting two and two together, I wrote up a script for a hand-drawn comic (Gamer's Anonymous), and Allison was to illustrate it.
So, Allison sat down, looked over the script for the first comic, and then she procrastinated, and procrastinated, and procrastinated some more! Over the three months of summer break, she did not even finish one comic. I mean, if you think I'm lazy - and I am, but that's not the point - you haven't seen anything yet!
So I politely asked her to work. And she didn't. Then I asked her rudely. No deal. Then I told her that if she didn't have comic #2 done by the end of the month I would "inflict nightmarish, unspeakable, unthinkable anguish the likes of which no man has ever envisioned" on her. So she quit. And I went back to this original comic.
But, if you really want to you can find all one of the Gamer's Anonymous comics Allison did finish in the extra stuff section.

| Question #8 |
The FAQ page |
| Q: |
Jon do people actually submit questions for this page, or do you make them up? |
| A: |
Well you can contact me if you want to submit a question...but yeah, up until now I've made them up. Hope you're not too disappointed. |
|
|
|
| Question #9 |
Wait, what? |
| Q: |
Wait, how could I be disappointed? Aren't you just making up the questions? Do I even exist? |
| A: |
Well I try to avoid getting too philosophical on the faq page, but according to Descartes if you think then you are. So ask yourself: "do I exist?" And if you have to think about it then you exist. |
|
| Question #10 |
SNL |
| Q: |
Didn't I see this in an episode of SNL? |
| A: |
No, particularly not from one that is on the "Best of Gilda Radner" dvd and makes fun of a PBS opening. |
| Q: |
Oh, alright then. |
|
| Question #11 |
Submissions |
| Q: |
|
| A: |

|
| Question #12 |
Repeat |
