Title: Appleseed Logo
I haven't actually seen the Appleseed anime, but Eric assures me that it's good, and its logo certainly makes for a terrific psp wallpaper.
...Yeah, I can't really say much else without seeing the anime, except to point out that this wallpaper looks great, and that Eric did a great job with it. |

Title: Appleseed Bright
Another fine Appleseed psp wallpaper.
Looking at these Appleseed wallpapers makes me want to go watch the anime...or at least fine out what the heck it's about.
Anyway, this is another great wallpaper. Well done Eric. |

Title: Angel-Bear
This psp wallpaper of Eric's is shrouded in a great deal of mystery.
I'm not really sure where he got the pic, or where/what the pic is from. The only clue he left me was the original name of the wallpaper, which was something like "angel-bear." However, as I look at it now, I don't see any bears in the wallpaper, and the sythe the character is holding makes him look more like the grim reaper (or possibly Magus from Chrono Trigger) than an angel.
So very mysterious... |

Title: Blossoms
A psp wallpaper that Eric made out of one of the default wallpapers that Windows comes with (a default wallpaper that I believe is called 'blossom.'
I like how this one looks. It's attention-grabbing and cool-looking without being too buys or overcomplicated. Nice work Eric. |

Title: Hunt for Rukia
I made this psp wallpaper by taking a screenshot of an early Bleach episode, and altering it to fit on the psp. It came out alright.
I like Bleach a lot, but I rarely get the chance to watch it on tv...and even when I do, I often find that I would rather watch the subtitled version. The dubbed version isn't horrible, but it is a tad off of the mark if you ask me.
I may just have to bit the bullet and invest in the dvds when they come out... |

Title: Life Goes On
An awesome Cowboy Bebop psp wallpaper that Eric made for Sam (which I believe Sam has been using to this very day...). I believe this is the first psp wallpaper Eric ever made.
The wallpaper is a great pic of Spike. It's very clear, and the writing in the bottom is still easily readable despite the pic being altered to fit the psp (Eric always does a great job with that).
Good stuff. |

An excellent psp wallpaper Eric made out of a larger Neon Genesis Evangellion wallpaper (a larger wallpaper that I believe he was using as a pc background at one point...).
Anyway, I like how this one looks. Sketch/pic of Rei from Neon Genesis Evangellion, who is an interesting, as well as highly adored, character, and pilots EVA #00. |

Title: Kimono Rei
Here we have another excellent Rei psp wallpaper Eric made out of a larger Neon Genesis Evangellion wallpaper.
This is a great pic (so is the pc wallpaper version of it) of Rei. She looks great in that outfit...which I don't think she ever wore during the actual Neon Genesis Evangellion series... Nevertheless, she and this wallpaper look great. |

A great pic of Eva 01 (that one's piloted by Shinji, and is certainly the most important - story-wise - in the series) from Neon Genesis Evangellion wallpaper, formatted by Eric to fit on the psp.
This is another pic that's perfect for the size of the psp. It just works perfectly. Well done! |

Title: Rei: True Form
And here we have a psp wallpaper of rei (from End of Evangellion this time), made from a pc End of Evangellion wallpaper. This is very famous and impressive picture of Rei in her final form, that has finally made it onto the psp! All thanks to Eric!
End of Evangellion was an interesting movie (which this pic is starting to make me want to go and watch again). It great visuals, great music, and great fight scenes...a little weird though. |

Title: FA PSP
Alright! The f.a. fire spirit has finally made it onto the psp!
I made this quick by taking apart this wallpaper, and using the f.a. fire spirit, fireball, and space pics at the bottom. I like how it came out. I was originally going to make a psp version of the entire pc wallpaper, but I have not yet found a way of capturing it that I like. I may give it another shot later, but this should suffice for now. |

Title: Kaname
| And here we have an excellent Full Metal Panic psp wallpaper from Eric (which I did a bit of negligible editing to before I posed it). This is a great pic (I love Kaname, she's a great character, and she's always - always - beating up Sosuke), and very well-suited for the psp. I don't have actually have a psp, but if I did this would probably be the one on it. ^ _ ^ |

Title: Ready...Aim...
Here is a psp wallpaper made from an early pic - err, well...I guess, "formerly early pic," since the show is out now - of Full Metal Panic: Second Raid. I saw the first season of Full Metal Panic, and I really enjoyed it. I have not seen any of season two (Second Raid) yet, but it looks quite promising. I may have to look into it.
Anyway, this pic is of Sousuke and, as you can see, he's holding a gun. Sousuke is a great character. He is the source of a lot of the humor in season one, as he is given the task of acting as Koname’s bodyguard without letting her know he's doing it. This quickly earns him an incredibly unstable, bizarre, and erratic relationship with Koname, which is a lot of fun to watch.
I love how this wallpaper looks, the angle of the gun in that frame is really cool, and the expression on Sousuke's face is very...umm...Sousuke-ish. Anyway, enjoy! |

Title: Tessa
Here we have another wallpaper made from another "formerly early pic" of Full Metal Panic: Second Raid.
This time the pic is of Tessa; Sousuke's superior officer. Tessa is cheerful and upbeat, but also a dedicated leader, and a skillful commander. Early on in the series, Tessa develops a crush on Sousuke, and begins to see Koname as competition.
I really like this pic of Tessa, and I think it makes an excellent psp wallpaper. |

Title: Ghost in Shell Logo
This is (because I feel I've said "and here we have" a few too many times in a row this evening) an excellent Ghost In The Shell psp wallpaper. Ghost in Shell is an excellent series (although I still haven't been able to watch the last few episodes, I'll have to see if Jeff will loan me the rest again sometime...).
Eric did an excellent job with this one. It's perfectly suited for the psp, and, despite it being scaled down somewhat form its original pic, the text is still legible (the parts that aren't weren't that legible to begin with, so I'll leave them aside). Excellent. |

Title: Game Girls
Here we have a psp wallpaper made from one of our wallpapers. I made this desktop wallpaper one day when my internet was down. Since the net was down, and I could not get any new images, I was taking an inventory on what images I already had, and I realized that I happened to have quite a few excellent images of girls from various video games. So I made a wallpaper out of them. And now, I'm happy to say that we have a lovely psp version of that wallpaper.
This wallpaper includes characters from Xenosaga, FFX(2), Wild Arms, Tales of Symphonia, Fire Emblem, Phantasy Star 2, Suikoden III, and one from the Final Fantasy Unlimited anime. Together they make an excellent wallpaper. Enjoy! |

Title: Tsucasa
This wallpaper is made from one of my all-time favorite animes: .Hack//Sign. The pic for it is modified from the .Hack pic on the .Hack//Sign review page. The character in this pic is Tsucasa, the central character in the series, and the source of most of the mystery and intrigue that makes this anime so excellent.
As for the wallpaper itself, I think it came out really well. Even though it's been altered to fit the psp, the writing is still fairly legible, and the quality does not seem to have suffered. Good stuff. |

Another excellent psp wallpaper featuring Kadaj (of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children), with Sephiroth lurking in the background. Somehow Kadaj looks slightly scarier in this pic than he does in the above one with the exploding background...
Anyway, I like this one a lot. Kadaj is a cool character. Sephiroth is too, though that should go without saying. |

Eric made this psp wallpaper from pic #2 of our FFVII Remake? gallery.
When they Playstation 3 development began, Sony released a short video of a hypothetical Final Fantasy 7 remake to show off the system's impressive graphical abilities.
Although Sony has announced that this video was just to show off the Playstation 3's abilities, and that an actual Final Fantasy VII Remake is not in the works, this high-tech pic of Midgar still makes an excellent psp wallpaper. |

Title: Sword Guard
Eric made this one from pic #11 from our Final Fantasy Versus XIII gallery.

Title: Main Sword
Eric made this one from pic #18 from our Final Fantasy Versus XIII gallery.
Although I've only seen the early trailers, I must say that Final Fantasy Versus XIII looks like a terrific game. The minds behind Kingdom Hearts 2 and Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children are joining together, and are sure to turn Final Fantasy Versus XIII into an excellent title.
In this pic, the camera zooms in on the character after he catches the sword, and his eyes begin to glow red. After that, the trailer ends. |

Title: Helsing
To date, I have only seen a fragment of one episode of the Helsing anime (the guy in the red cloak - see, I don't even know his name - was walking into a huge building, and people kept shooting him, but he would always regeneration and casually shoot them back) at Sam's, but it looked kind of cool. I might have to go check it out.
Anyway, this wallpaper features said guy in red cloak, along with a woman. I really don't know enough about the anime to say much else about it, but it is a cool-looking psp wallpaper. |

It will long be heralded as one of the finest action/RPGs of our day, and rightly so! |

The secret ending of the Kingdom Hearts II: Final mix game, opens with three keyblade-wielding knights facing off against a bald guy, who promtly kage bunshins (see also: Naruto) himself a sidekick.

Title: Reflectga...Reflectaga...Reflcta...Whatever
During the Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix ending, the three knights are fighting against a bald guy and his odd-looking sidekick. However, the bald guy and his crony have a definate upper hand.
This knight would have taken a nasty hit here, if one of the other knights (the girl) had not cast a protective spell (probably a reflect spell) on him. |

Another psp wallpaper made from a Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix ending pic.

During the Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix ending, one of the knights (pictured left) gets frozen by the bald guy, and thrown off a cliff. He takes quite a bit of damage as he falls, but, luckily, one of other knights catches him (above).
It should be noted, however, that the frozen knight's eyes move a bit after the girl catches him, revealing that he is still alive. |

Title: Keyblade Storm
At this point in the Kingdom Heart II: Final Mix ending, the bald guy shoots a lightning bolt into the air, and the sky begins to open up.
After a few moments,
the clouds part to reveal another Kingdom Hearts (like the one that acted as a moon over the World That Never Was in Kingdom Hearts II).
The skies open up, and the heart-shaped world is fully revealed (pic #11 in our Kingdom Hearts II gallery has a good rendering of this, as does the "new moon" psp wallpaper below). |

Title: Unhelmed
This one is made from a Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix ending pic (pic #12 from our Kingdom hearts II gallery).
This is the only point in the Final Mix ending where all three knights (I don't know for sure what their names are yet) are helmet-less, and the audience can see their faces. Thus, I thought it was a moment worth capturing in a psp wallpaper. |

Title: New Moon
Towards the end of the Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix ending, just before Mickey appears (below), the audience can see a heart-shaped moon appearing out of the parting clouds, after the bold guy shoots a bolt of lightning up into the air.

Title: Fantasia-ish Keyblade
At the end of the Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix ending, we catch a glimpse of Mickey. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the keyblde he is wielding. I feel like I should know...
Anyway, I think this one turned out pretty well. It was hard to get a good pic, since Mickey's time in the movie is so brief (and, during most of it, there is stuff written across him, like in pic #13 of our Kingdom Hearts II gallery), but I was eventually able to do it. |

Title: Juggernaut Splodes
Truly there are few events in Legend of Legaia more gratifying than the cinema where Juggernaut blows up (although the part where Songi disintegrates is certainly competitive). Watching him/it finally go down in that explosion remains, to this day, one of the proudest moments in my early gaming career. And now - for an unlimited time only - you can relive Juggernaut's untimely, explody demise every time you flip open your psp!
Anyway, I made this wallpaper out of a Legend of Legaia screenshot of Juggernaut blowing up. The quality suffered a bit while I was transforming the image to fit on the psp (looks like my psp-wallpaper'ing skills are still a step or three behind Eric's...), but I think it came out well in the end. |

Title: Rebirth
| I made this wallpaper made from a lovely Legend of Legaia pic, during which the humans that were swallowed up by the Juggernaut (who met his untimely, explody demise in the above Legend of Legaia psp wallpaper) start coming back to life. I like how this one came out. It looks good (the quality is good), and it takes very well to the psp-sized image. Not to mention the fact that it's a screenshot of one of the finest cinemas in the game (the fact that the game only has...like...three cinemas will not be discussed at this point). |

Here we have an excellent pic of Lucia from Lunar 2: Eternal Blue. Naturally, I made it from a Lunar 2 screenshot that I've had on file. I love that game. ^ _ ^
Lucia is a great character. Watching her relationship with Hrio develop throughout the game is a lot of fun, and moving to watch. This pic is from Lucia waking up in her crystal on the Blue Star towards the end of the game, when she reunites with Hiro.
This wallpaper did look a little blurry when I resized it to fit the psp, but I managed to spruce it up with some blurring. Good old photoshop. I'm happy with how it turned out, it should look great on a psp. |

Title: Johnny
I made this psp wallpaper out of pic #2 from our Shadow Hearts: From the New World gallery. It came out quite well. I would have liked to center Johnny a bit more in the pic, but I think this suits the pic a little bit more.
Johnny is a cool character (perhaps not as cool as the shape-shifting Shania, or the hilariously-armed Frank, but cool nevertheless), but his sidequest is freaking impossible!
Really, I'd probably have beaten Shadow Hearts: From the New World by now if I could only survive that optional dungeon of his. |

Title: Shania
Speaking of Shania...
This one is made from pic #3 from our Shadow Hearts: From the New World gallery. This one is centered a bit better (and the judgment ring in the background is a bit more detailed).
Shania is a very cool, very shape-shifting (although she has noticeably fewer transformations than Yuri) character, and her sidequest (at least in my opinion) isn't as obnoxiously difficult as Johnny's. |

Title: When Lady Met Killer
This pic (pic #14 from our Shadow Hearts: From the New World gallery) depicts the moment when Lady and Killer first met, and their peculiar sort of romantic relationship began.
Killer and Lady are a strange duo, but they make a pretty good team (which is bad, because you have to fight them). Lady saves Killer's life, after he receives several bullet wounds from the police squad chasing him, by infecting his body with some of her malice.
Killer then begins to follow her. Perhaps because he is grateful, or perhaps because he is compelled to. |
